Barby and Carlos tie the knot!

Barby and Carlos met back in 2006 by a mutual friend that knew Barby since middle school and knew Carlos since elementary. This friend knew that there would be an immediate connection once they met. The friend was right because 3 years later they tied the knot! By the way, that friend... is ME :) Carlos proposed nearly two months after my own wedding just when I was going through planning withdrawl from my own planning (lol) so it was perfect timing! I immediately went into planning mode! It was so much fun planning this wedding from Day One with them, after all I am responsible for this love connection :o)

On Saturday August 1st, 2009, Barby and Carlos said their I Do's at the church of St. Rose of Lima in Miami Shores with their reception held at the Coral Gables Woman's Club. Barby wanted wanted her reception to have that romantic feel, and she got it! The tables and chair covers were ivory linens with latte chair sashes, centerpieces were 3 water filled cylinders with a floating hot pink orchid and candle in each. The room was dimmed as low as sight can bare with hot pink up lighting giving the room the romantic touch!

    Forgot to mention... Marisol became the unofficial security guard after us kicking out a pair of wedding crashers... LMAO ;) I am thinking of providing this service with our packages "Wedding Crasher Security" (lol)

    Diana I don't even know where to begin. First and foremost I would like to thank you for everything I don't think I would have been able to pull this off without you. You made my dream wedding come true. I would also like to thank Marisol and Orly for everything they did for us. My hubby left his phone in the limo and Orly bent over backwards for us and made sure the driver came back to give us our phone. Marisol thank you for helping Diana make my dream wedding come true. I would specially like to thank you for introducing me to my Husband.
